Production of a 3D CAD model using SolidWorks, with a technical drawing pack created in order to manufacture the design. Creation of a prototype of the design, excluding material and assembly costs. we will provide costs and introductions to our approved network of manufacturers, who will manufacture the design. We will also project manage the manufacturing of the design, ensuring project milestones are met and the final product is delivered on time and on budget.
CAD
Twenty 20 Engineering uses the powerful computer aided design package SolidWorks to rapidly generate and develop a fully functioning 3d working model of the design. Whether this is a single component or complex assembly.
Technical Drawings
Twenty20 will produce a full technical drawing pack whether this is for a single component or a large complex assembly. Using industry wide practises to ensure that these easily and accurately communicate what is required for manufacture.
3D Printing, Prototyping and Testing
Twenty20 Engineering can provide rapid prototyping of components and assemblies using its in house 3d printer. We are all able accurately prototype in PLA and ABS materials, to ensure the form, fit and function of designs components will work together or with existing assemblies. For complex plastic components with small “batch” volumes we may recommend this as a method of manufacture.

We will project manage the manufacturing of the design, ensuring project milestones are met and the final product is delivered on time and on budget.
