Pricing Structure
Twenty20 Engineering has a pricing structure to suit any project size and budget. Using our set pricing levels, we ensure your design is competitively priced and meets your expected budget constraints. The ability to select different pricing levels allows the flexibility you require from your design. No two designs are the same and we believe this should be reflected in its cost to our clients.
We operate to a cascade system, for example if a Silver level is selected all the functions of a Bronze Level are included at no extra cost.
All of our projects begin with a design consultation meeting to understand the specification and scope of the project, this is carried out completely free of charge. (up to a maximum time limit of 2 hours)
Bronze
£20/Hr*
Production of a 3D CAD model using SolidWorks, with a technical drawing pack created in order to manufacture the design.
Silver
£30/Hr*
Bronze level + Creation of a prototype of the design, excluding material and assembly costs
Gold
£40/Hr*
Bronze & Silver levels + Fabrication consultancy where we will provide costs and introductions to our approved network of manufacturers, who can manufacture the design.
Platinum
£50/Hr *
Bronze, Silver & Gold Levels + Project management of the manufacture of the design, ensuring project milestones are met and the final product is delivered on time and to budget.
This level is recommended for large complex designs, where multiple fabricators and manufacturers are required. Resulting in a need for a project manager to pull all of the components together so that the final product meets the high standard to which our clients expect.
Additional Features
Mechanical Analysis
£50/Hr *
Some designs have a legal requirement that a mechanical and structural analysis is carried out before manufacture. Others due to their size and complexity must have this carried out to ensure the final design will perform to desired specifications.
Twenty20 Engineering is able to carry out these calculations and analysis to ensure the design is safe and feasible, as part of the design process before manufacture.
Once this has been carried out a written technical report is produced detailing results, to provide proof and peace of mind that the analysis has been carried out to a high standard following best practice.
Visualisation
Price Project Dependent
As part of the design process we know that communication is key to our clients. Twenty20 Engineering is able to create high quality fully rendered 3D visuals and videos, in order to communicate the designs and projects to our client’s stakeholders.
Whether these are images to be used in marketing material, or walk through video’s to be used on a website. This is priced separately and per project depending on volume of material and complexity.
